2. Enter the 11-digit ACT code on the back of your SIM
3. Click Get Started
4. Enter your ZIP code for coverage verification
5. Choose:
   • Transfer an existing number
   • Get a new number
6. If transferring, provide:
   • Phone number
   • Account number
   • PIN
   • ZIP Code
   • Alternate phone (optional)
7. Agree to the refund policy
8. Add billing info (optional)
9. Enter your name, email, password
10. Click Submit
