Activating Your Card at www.myindigocard.com

Activating your MyIndigoCard is simple. You have two options:

Online Activation

  1. Go to the MyIndigoCard website at www.myindigocard.com
  2. Click on “Register” or “Not Already Registered?”
  3. Enter your:
    • Account number
    • Date of birth
    • Social security number
  4. Click “Next” to complete activation

Phone Activation

Call 1-866-946-9545 from your phone and follow the automated prompts or speak with a customer service representative to activate your account.

Tip: Jot down your new username and password during activation for easy online account access later.

Logging Into Your Account via www.myindigocard.com

Once your card is active, you’re ready to set up online account access:

  1. Go to www.myindigocard.com
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click “Login”

Now you can view your balance, transaction history, statements, and more all in the online portal or MyIndigoCard mobile app.

Resetting Login Credentials

Forgot your MyIndigoCard username or password? No problem!

  1. Visit account login page
  2. Click “Forgot Username or Password?”
