  3. Enter your current PIN.
  4. Type a new password, then reenter it to confirm.
  5. Click “Next” to save changes.

Checking Your Customer ID

If you forget your Customer ID, contact your Bankline administrator or RBS support to recover it.

Admins can look up user Customer IDs through account management settings after logging in.
