Reset Your Password

  2. Click the “Having difficulties logging in?” link
  3. Click “Forgot Password?”
  4. Enter your username and complete the captcha
  5. Click Next to receive a verification code via email
  6. Input the code and click Next
  7. Create a new password to complete reset

And your account should be unlocked with your new password.
